Marina Nicolosi is a founding partner of Adriana Dantas Attorneys at Law, focusing on matters related to Compliance and Government Enforcement.
With broad experience in these areas, Marina implemented the compliance area of a large multinational company and secured its certification under the Pro-Ethics Company Award of the Brazilian Office of the Comptroller-General (CGU) during the entire period as the company’s Compliance Officer.
She has an extensive background in business dynamics and solid skills for engaging with different areas and structures of corporations. Marina currently advises national and multinational clients of Adriana Dantas Attorneys at Law, providing practical and assertive solutions for companies and their management, from advice on the implementation of compliance and integrity programs, to crisis resolution, definition of internal investigation strategies and negotiation of leniency agreements and administrative defenses.
Marina also has extensive experience in Intellectual Property and Digital Law and supports clients in the development and implementation of data protection programs required by the Brazilian General Law on Data Protection (LGPD), ensuring legal certainty for companies handling the personal information of private individuals.
